We visit riads every week. As soon as a genuine opportunity arises, we present it to our investors. We support you throughout the entire purchasing process, from negotiating with the sellers to signing at the notary's office.

We select the contractor who will carry out the renovation or reconstruction work from among our local partners. Florent, who lives on-site, will primarily oversee the project. We provide you with regular progress reports, including photos and videos.

After the completion of the works, the riad is put on the market

The return on investment is approximately 25%.
